-Master the one legged chair yoga pose (I made up the name but sounds right) -Complete a step class without taking a water break using TWO risers -Pull myself out of the pool using my arms/body instead of the ladder -Run a 8 minute mile -Run a 5K in sub 35 minutes (goal for now, this will change as I get faster) -Run a 10K -Wear size 10 pants -Become crafty
I'm the classic Type A personality and neurotic perfectionist with two massive flaws - I'm unorganized and uncreative. These issues make my wild ambitions slightly harder to carry out.
I've lived my whole life trying to fit in with the crowd. Trying to NOT have a quirky personality, NOT to be eccentric, NOT to have a different opinion and NOT to disagree with the masses. Those days are over. Every day I'm working to pursue a healthy lifestyle and redefining all the parts of my life until I become the example instead of the follower. I will become the odd duck.
